To educate the students about the environment
To create a clean and green consciousness among students through various innovative methods.
To mobilize students towards scientific inquiry into environmental problem.
To involve them in efforts to preserve the environment.
To beautify selected roadside area with plants and flowers and put climate change campaign board to generate awareness.
Organize rallies, street theater at public places with a view to spread environmental awareness (if possible on Earth Day (April,22), World Environment Day or Eco Day (June,5).
Organize seminar, debates, lectures and popular talks on environmental issue in school.
Organize nature trail in wildlife, sanctuaries, parks/forest areas to know about the biodiversity.
AFCCSD ECO-CLUB activities also help teachers to meet the objectives of environmental education, which are to create awareness and sensitivity among students to the total environment and its allied problems.
