According to the latest UN report, the global human population is projected to reach 9.8bilion people by the year 2050, Yet Climate change is affecting both food security and livelihood of people, especially in Africa. The looming food crisis is a clear indication that humanity cannot survive without increase in the global food basket.
So AFCCSD has collaborated with the Department of Agriculture, Ashaiman for this climate change advocacy training program to farmers, Agricultural Extension Agents and processors in the Municipality. This program is with theme “ Building Climate Resilient for Food Security in Ghana” is sponsored by Youth Climate Council Ghana.
